I live in an area that was a bit distressed when I bought and I was sure it hadn’t come up too much yet but Lisa got me a really good price in such a short time I worried we might have given too much away. Then the appraisal came and it was not meeting the price we set so I worried even more! Lisa is absolutely by far the best real estate agent we have ever had. She was very responsive, understood our needs, and facilitated our house selling through a complicated process. This was a tough decision. Wonderful house, lots of little unexpected twists and turns. If I asked for something, she jumped! I've got only one bit of constructive feedback. We needed to hear ,"this is the first step, and the next step will be....". Sometimes, it was confusing. Together, we have learned a lot. (Such as just because a pool is inspected doesn't meant that it actually works! It worked during the walk through. But the day that the house belonged to me, it stopped working. There might be an intermmittent short per the pool technician and I am now spending 2,000 dollars to fix the pool) and always ask for a mold inspection - because one just never knows. Together, we learned that a cash purchase does not require a notary. Whew! And, walking around with a "gas leak" hand held meter is not a terrible idea. Lisa went above and beyond by referring her landscaper to me (which I really appreciate). Validate the customer's feelings, ask the customer what they want, and listen more than speak. Lisa did extremely well. I gave this a four star versus five for only one reason. Every once in awhile, I felt "bossed around" versus served. Both of them worked for Long Realty. "Seek to understand" is a good sales motto,
